Routine & Acute GP Consultations

doctor-desk-with-stethoscope.jpg

Our GP consultations are designed to support both routine and urgent (acute) medical needs. During these appointments, our doctors can:

  • Diagnose new symptoms or health concerns

  • Prescribe medications

  • Monitor ongoing health conditions

  • Review existing prescriptions

  • Arrange and interpret blood tests or other investigations

Whether it’s a routine check-up or an urgent matter, our team ensures you receive timely and effective care.

Booking an Appointment

Our reception team plays a key role in making sure your visit runs smoothly. They are trained to guide you to the right type of appointment—whether with a GP, nurse, or another specialist. Urgent needs: We aim to accommodate urgent cases on the same day where possible. Please note that during periods of high demand, same-day appointments may not always be available.

Thank you for your cooperation—working together helps us deliver the best possible care.

Urgent Appointments – Important Information

We understand that urgent health concerns can arise unexpectedly. While we always do our best to accommodate urgent appointments, there may be times when same-day availability is limited.

If a same-day appointment isn’t possible, please consider these alternatives for immediate care:

  • Caredoc – Out-of-hours GP services available evenings, weekends, and public holidays

  • Emergency Services (999) – For serious or life-threatening emergencies

  • Local Emergency Department (ED) – For urgent medical needs that cannot wait

We appreciate your understanding as we strive to provide safe, timely, and high-quality care for all our patients.
