Appointments Within the Next 24 Hours:
If your appointment is within the next 24 hours, please call the surgery directly to cancel. Emails may not be read immediately, and a phone call will ensure we can quickly free up your appointment time.
Cancellation Fees & Late Arrival:

Cancellation within 2 hours of your appointment or failure to attend without prior notice may result in a cancellation fee.

Late arrival, defined as arriving 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, will require rescheduling your appointment.
